DOMINIC SCHIPFERLING
The Dominator Classic has been named as such in memory of our dear friend Dominic Schipferling, who passed away after a car accident in July of 2006. He was twenty four years old, and left behind an incredible number of close friends and loved ones whose lives he touched, and who will miss him greatly.
We hold the disc golf tournament each year to gather and share memories of Dom, and partake in one of his favorite past-times. Prior to his passing, he helped organize the tournament each year for six straight years as simply a gathering of friends. It is in this tradition that we continue the tournament and share our loving memories of a lost friend.
